3. How to Request Data Deletion

   You can request the deletion of your personal data in any of the following ways:

   
   

   Through Your Account Settings

   
   

   If you have an active account:

   1. Log in to your Hyperbeamads account

   2. Navigate to "Settings" > "Privacy"

   3. Select "Delete My Account and Data"

   4. Follow the confirmation steps

   
   

   By Email Request

   Send an email to contact@hyperbeamads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

   • The email address associated with your account

   • Your full name

   • Your account type (Brand or Creator)

   • Specify if you want complete account deletion or specific data removal

   To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This helps us ensure that only you can access or delete your personal information. Our verification process may include:

   • Confirming the email address associated with your account

   • Requesting that you log in to your account

   • Requesting additional information to verify your identity

   • Sending a confirmation link to your registered email

   • For business accounts, verifying you have authority to make the request

     
     

   We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

   • Payment processors and financial institutions

   • Cloud hosting and storage providers

   • Analytics providers

   • Customer service and support providers

5. Special Circustances

   
   

   For Creators

   If you are a Creator who has published content through our platform:

   • We will remove your account and personal information

   • Content that has been licensed to Brands may continue to be used in accordance with existing agreements

   • Commission payment records will be retained as required for tax purposes

   • Your content will be removed from our marketplace for new Brands

   • Performance metrics may be retained in anonymized form

   
   

   For Brands

   If you are a Brand using our platform:

   • We will remove your account and personal information

   • Records of payments to Creators will be retained as required for tax purposes

   • Ad performance data may be retained in anonymized form

   • Active creator relationships will be notified of account closure

   • You may need to separately delete ads running on social media platforms

   
   

   We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your consent to do so.

   We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
